Reporting to the BI Manager, the Senior BI Analyst forms a crucial part of the BI Team in delivering reporting and analytics solutions to the wider business, and supporting the realisation of the overall BI strategy and roadmap for iQ.

*Key Role Responsibilities:*

* Develop, optimize, and maintain complex Power BI reports and dashboards

* Utilise wireframing to capture, interpret and document business requirements for the implementation of BI solutions

* Support in the planning and management of BI projects and workstreams

* Ongoing monitoring and maintenance of the BI platform

* Support in the development of rapid proof of concept solutions for test/learn activities with key business stakeholders

* Design, documentation and implementation of an industry-leading overall cloud-based BI solution

* Peer-to-peer testing and QA of BI solutions

* Support in the training and education of business users of all BI solutions

*Skills and Experience:*

* Extensive experience delivering BI solutions working with the Microsoft BI Stack

* Solid background in business analysis

* Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end BI solutions (cloud)

* Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent working relationships with cross-functional teams, and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

* Ability to manage own workload across multiple projects

*We work a hybrid working model with 3 days per week based at our London Bridge office.*
