Our valued client is an ambitious and growing homecare company based in the town of Ashford, Kent. They are focused on making a positive difference in the lives of their service users. Oversee the daily operations of the homecare services
- Ensure the highest quality of care is provided to the service users - Maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Lead, mentor and inspire your team to provide the best care possible
- Recruitment of staff and overseeing the branches performance
A commitment to delivering the highest level of care - Previous experience in a similar role within the homecare sector
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
