Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented Multi-Trade Decorator & Tiler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both decorating and tiling, with the ability to carry out tasks to the highest standards. As a Multi-Trade Decorator & Tiler, you will be responsible for enhancing the aesthetic appeal of interiors and exteriors by applying decorative finishes and installing tiles in residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting and decorating, including sanding, filling cracks, and applying primer.
• Apply paint, wallpaper, or other decorative finishes using various techniques to achieve desired results.
• Install tiles on walls, floors, or other surfaces according to design specifications and industry standards.
• Grout and seal tiles to ensure durability and water resistance.
• Repair or replace damaged tiles, grout, or caulking as needed.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in both decorating and tiling.
• Proficiency in surface preparation, painting, wallpapering, and other decorative techniques.
• Strong knowledge of different types of tiles, adhesives, grouts, and sealants.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
