Responding to technical support requests via email, phone or ticketing system
• Fulfilling service requests and provisioning hardware
• Supporting the Major Incident and Problem Management processes
• Delivering training and support to other Service Desk team members
• Communicating service issues and updates to management
• Supporting service delivery excellence across the business
Experience with Windows and Linux desktop environments
• Good understanding of IT networks
• Proficiency with ITSM tools such as Jira, Freshdesk or ServiceNow
• Experience using knowledge systems like Confluence or SharePoint
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication skills, face-to-face and online
• Experience in a Service Desk or similar support environment
• Familiarity with Unix systems
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi networking
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent knowledge
