Befriending Co-ordinator
DVVA and the Protecting People Strategic Support Team based within Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership areseeking a passionate and dedicated Authentic Voices Project Manager to play a pivotal role in amplifying thevoices and experiences of individuals with lived experience within strategic planning and decision-makingforums. This positionis instrumental in supporting a whole system culture shift in strategic spaces and ensuring that the needs,perspectives, and insights of the individuals we serve are authentically represented and integrated into thedevelopment and improvement of our programs and initiatives.
Qualified to degreelevel in a relevant subject, and with significant working experience, you’ll have experience of projectmanagement and delivering change programmes.

To help promote volunteering to the general public, recruit volunteers to opportunities across a range oforganisations operating in Fife and develop volunteers, including supporting individuals facing barriers intheir lives. As the local third sector interface we are a membership organisation of locally based charities, socialenterprises and volunteer-led community organisations.
We are currently seeking a Development & Engagement Coordinator in Employability to facilitate partnerships anddesign a commissioning framework for employability programmes within the third sector, providing local peoplewith opportunities, skills, and positive outcomes for employment.
Designing, delivering, and evaluating programs that tackle local employment needs will be at the core of yourresponsibilities. You'll also oversee our employability grants programme, using data to measure effectiveness and inform futureimprovements. Providing guidance and training to empower third sector organisations in engaging with localcommissioning processes will be key, as you work to co-produce new services in employability.
