Job Description

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to the business
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
  • Navigate current clients outstanding litigation matters.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on financial services regulations and laws
  • European experience preferred - particular countries of interest includes Germany, France, Switzerland and the UK.
  • Develop strategies to manage legal risks within the company
  • Assist in dispute resolution and litigation processes
  • Participate in decision-making processes regarding company legal matters
  • Ensure company compliance with financial services industry regulations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Generalist Lawyer should have:

  • A degree in Law, preferably with a specialisation in Financial Services
  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • An excellent understanding of financial services regulations and laws
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
