Location: Isle of Grain Days: PAYE Pay rate £250 per day worked Lodge Allowance - £50 per day worked Hours: 10 hour shifts - Monday to Friday, some weekend work available Contract: 4 Months About us: Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd provides a dedicated recruitment service to the Engineering Construction sector. Our specialist recruitment activities range across all areas and include the appointment of all levels of professional into the Petrochemical, Combined Cycle Gas Turbine, Nuclear, Biomass, Energy from Waste and Wind industries throughout the UK and worldwide. The Company: Our client is a leading construction organisation operating throughout the UK and Europe, working within the power generation sector. Having won a very large scope of works, they are now searching for a 1 x HSE professional to assist with all aspects of Health and safety during their phases. The Role: The successful candidate will have experience of working on large, fast paced industrial projects. You will be responsible for working very closely with the Site Management team, maintaining health and safety standards and documentation whilst on site. * Site Inductions: Deliver comprehensive site inductions to all personnel, ensuring they are well-informed about safety protocols, procedures, and emergency response measures. * On-Site Monitoring: Conduct regular on-site monitoring of all site activities to ensure adherence to health and safety requirements and standards. * Permit to Work (PTW): Issue and maintain control over the Permit to Work system, ensuring that work activities are carried out safely and in accordance with established procedures. * Health and Safety Site Tours: Actively participate in Health and Safety site tours, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance safety practices. * Participation in Committees: Participate in Health and Safety Committees as requested, providing valuable input to drive continuous improvement in safety measures. * Emergency Response: Fulfill allocated responsibilities within the Emergency Response Team, actively contributing to emergency preparedness and response efforts. * Training Requirements: Monitor and review training needs across the project, ensuring that all personnel have received appropriate safety training and certifications.
