Your role as Accounts Administrator will involve the following:

  • Checking and processing company credit card statements.
  • Purchase ledger & credit control.
  • Opening new accounts.
  • Take card payments.
  • Processing invoices.
  • Checking goods received not invoiced.
The successful Accounts Administrator will have ideally experience in both purchase ledger and credit control, a great work ethic, enjoy working in a work hard/play hard environment and have major attention to detail. Access to your own transport is essential. Applications from graduates with no practical experience will also be considered, although the pay (below) will reflect that level of experience. Salary - £22-26K (plus a 3% annual bonus - on a salary of £26K) Hours - 8-4.30pm, Monday to Friday Free parking and an excellent benefits structure Lots of treat days, fun competitions and free supplier samples
