My client, a national housing developer, is looking to hire an Assistant Site Manager for a multi-phased traditional build scheme based in Peterborough, consisting of a total of 125 traditionally built houses. Mix of private sale and HA and bulk packages. The ideal candidate will have experience of working as an Assistant Site manager within a production team on similar new build traditional build projects. Someone who is keen, driven and wants to build a successful career with a growing business. Duties, No2, Assistant Site Manager reporting in to a Site Manager/Senior Site Manager Depending on experience you will be working with either External or Internal packages Support with inductions and toolbox talks Working in line with company programmes and have a clear understanding of customer care Programming Ensure sub-contractors and trades staff are working inline with programme and targets Ensure any issues that cannot be rectified are brought to the attention of the No'1 on site. Organise all trades & Labour and sub-contractors NHBC stage inspections Snagging/Re-snagging Providing clear direction to the on-site construction team regarding responsibilities and targets Ensuring the development is completed in accordance with specification and the build programme Driving through quality at every stage of the construction process Health and Safety is followed and adhered to Taking responsibility for self-development and the development of others Ensuring any remedial work is completed prior to occupationQualifications, Assistant Site Management experience on traditional build housing schemes Trade background, whilst being a supervisor would be an advantage Willing to take on additional duties and training offered by the company CSCS First Aid, Benefits Competitive pay Pension 6% Car allowance 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Clear progression plan BupaRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
