We are looking for a motivated and client-focused professional to support our food, nutrition and regulatory consulting services.
Degree in Science, B.Sc, Toxicology or related discipline, chemistry, biochemistry
General knowledge in the discipline of hazard characterization and risk assessment practices
General knowledge of basic principles of human/animal toxicology
General knowledge in biochemistry, human biology, molecular biology, and human and/or animal nutrition
Effective writing and composition skills with a good command of the English language
Microsoft Office software expertise
You will work within a team to deliver innovative and bespoke assurance expertise that supports client projects focused on matters related to food ingredient compliance, regulations, guidance, and applicable statutes related to food ingredient approvals on a global basis, with emphasis on the European marketplace. In this exciting role, you will utilize your science background and general knowledge of these regulatory programs; learn the regulations governing food ingredients in different countries globally; develop their project management and client relations experience; work with a team of experienced regulatory affairs/scientific subject matter experts; and become a valued partner for our clients in the food industry. 
Review information from searches and/or provided by project managers (includes identifying and reviewing old the company reports, and published articles, speak with other project managers); Select and review applicable papers (this can be conducted on own initiative or with assistance of the project manager).
Organize pertinent information (analytical data etc.) according to project requirements.
Report information and ensure that the report identifies all required issues, which may include forming an opinion, and making conclusions based upon the scientific information that has been reviewed.
Provide analysis, recommendations, and associations between inter- and intra-related issues.
Assist senior scientific staff with special requests: e.g., editing of documents, reviewing clinical studies as required.
Assisting in proposal writing for new and existing clients.
