Role Description:

Reporting to: Managing Director

Location: Bridgend - South Wales

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Base Salary: £26,000

Uncapped monthly commission (Realistic OTE £50,000)

Business travel paid

Hybrid working

Key Responsibilities:

The Job:

  • Use Social Media, Emails and Cold Calling channels to generate qualified leads 
  • Embrace Pro-active sales as your primary focus, championing our competitive packages day in, day out, engaging directly with businesses.
  • Skillfully create and nurture a lead pipeline, guiding prospects through to our field sales team with confidence.
  • Work closely with the sales team in specified areas to showcase the unparalleled benefits of SECUREIT and its services to businesses.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

The Essentials:

  • You’ll be located within a 60-minute drive of the location.
  • You hold a full clean UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.
  • You have a valid right to work in the UK.
  • Sales experience in a high growth environment.
