Job Description:

As an Experienced Engineer specializing in Milling and Turning, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the milling and turning processes in our production facility. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and safety of our milling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain milling and turning machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Develop and implement milling process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.

Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on milling equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to milling operations.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless integration of milling processes.

Conduct training sessions for junior engineers and operators on milling techniques and safety protocols.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Keep detailed records of milling operations, maintenance activities, and process improvements.

Requirements:

Qualified in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a milling-focused engineering role.

Extensive knowledge of milling machines, tools, and processes.

Proven track record of process improvement and troubleshooting in a milling environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.

Commitment to safety and quality standards.
