My client is a reputable contractor who are looking to recruit a Site Supervisor to work on a large earthworks package. Supervisor Duties:

  • Supervise and manage a team of employees, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations
  • Monitor work progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among team members
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and prepare reports as needed
Supervisor Requirements:
  • Must have provicient and proven experience in Earthworks.
  • Must have CSCS
