This role is responsible for providing administrative support across all areas of the Service Performance Team. Monitoring multiple inboxes and responding appropriately to emails within SLA
g MI, reports and ensuring that these processes are documented/updated both internally and in service manuals
Assisting the Client Services Team deliver on Client actions. Ensuring that all materials required by the Quality Assurance team have been collated each week from our Supply Chain and catalogued.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to provide holiday cover, this will involve call listening/report assessments that will feed into Client reporting
Proven experience of delivering high quality administration processes to Clients
Experience of working with a large volume of different clients and suppliers, preferably, but not essential in a financial services (collections/enforcement) environment
The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder with a meticulous attention to detail, someone who thrives in a busy environment · This person will be passionate about the detail and quality of delivery whilst always looking for ways to improve our processes and therefore the service Just delivers to its Clients Previous experience or knowledge of the following systems/platforms would be useful but not essential:
Salesforce Be proficient or have moderate experience with
Excel – including tasks such as formulas and v-look up.
Microsoft Outlook 365
Microsoft Word
