EARLY YEARS PHASE LEADER AND CLASS TEACHER
Contract Type: Full-time
Contract Term: Permanent
We are looking for a good/outstanding classroom practitioner with experience of teaching EYFS in a school, who may already have some leadership experience, or someone who is ready to take the next step in their career to become our EYFS Phase Leader. We are seeking an inspirational EYFS Phase Leader who is passionate about young children's education and has high expectation for all pupils.
We are a 'Good' 2 form entry primary school with outstanding provision in the Early Years.
As a member of the School's Extended Leadership Team and EYFS Phase Leader, you will be responsible for the quality of teaching and learning across EYFS. A large part of the EYFS Phase Leader will include coaching and mentoring staff within the phase to ensure that teaching and learning is at least good or outstanding.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Early Years phase.

Experience of working with EYFS/reception aged children in a school setting
Have the ability to lead aspects of school improvement and ensure that all children are given opportunities to excel
