Delivery & Ops Specialist - Salary Circa £29,000.
The enthusiastic and friendly Delivery & Operations IT team is looking for someone with a passion for IT and providing customer service to join them as a Delivery & Ops Specialist.
We have one vacancy based in Norwich city centre which is an office-based role.
In this role you will be working as part of the Del & Ops team who work closely with Deskside support colleagues.
Arranging the secure collection of redundant kit from regional sites for resale/disposal.
Arrange the collection of IT equipment from colleagues' homes who have left the company.
The ability to multitask whilst working in a busy back-office environment.
Good understanding of Windows 10/11 & Microsoft Office 365.
Salary Circa £ 29,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity 8 % of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
