You will be reporting to the Group Academy Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, working in a team along with other managers, other administrators, and tutors / assessors. Our Academy is the training arm of Stoneacre Motor Group, delivering excellent specialised training programmes to not only apprentices, but the whole group.

To plan, develop, deliver, assess, and evaluate high quality training programmes.
Deliver training and assess learners as part of their qualification to ensure a successful outcome in line with contractual requirements and targets. To carry out all theory and practical training and action planning with learners maintaining up to date and accurate learner and programme documentation including; teacher documents, training plans, registers and learner tracking.
To take an active part in the quality improvement systems and procedures contributing to the self-assessment and quality improvement plans.
To give comprehensive information, advice and guidance ensuring learners are given clear direction regarding the apprenticeship, job outcomes and careers within their chosen field.
To have excellent organisational and planning skills to ensure all deadlines met and internal MIS are maintained and up to date.
To be able to teach and deliver maths ad English to stretch and challenge exempt apprentices.
To deliver teaching and learning to apprentices on maths and English skills and knowledge to ensure they achieve functional skills at level 2.

Automotive/Technical qualification at Level 3
Ideally Functional Skills or equivalent to level 2
Previous training experience not essential as full training will be given
Proven experience of improving and maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
