As a Commercial Partner in the North Somerset and Chew Valley agency, you’ll join two existing partners to lead an insurance business with huge opportunity for further expansion and growth. Alongside the two existing partners in this established agency, you’ll assist in growing the business at pace. With the freedom to build on your strong track record as a commercial insurance leader, with direct experience of managing large, high-profile accounts, your leadership and people management skills will help you develop a robust business strategy for the agency’s future. These could include farming, high net worth, commercial and large clients with complex needs.

With the support of NFU Mutual, the current partners, and a diverse client base, you’ll assist in leading the direction of business growth, inspiring the team through your demonstrated broking focus, strong values, ambitious plans and passion for customer care.

As a self-employed Agent of NFU Mutual, your earnings are based on the performance of the agency. However, this is a self-employed opportunity with a difference. Unlike most business ventures which demand start-up funding or venture buy-ins, our model requires zero upfront capital investment. Our commitment is to set you up for success and help you along the way too. Whilst it’s your business to run, you’ll have access to a host of NFU Mutual support services including sales, marketing, financial planning and so much more.
