Based in the Gateshead office. we deliver projects ranging in value from £10m to £70m across a range of sectors, including Education, Leisure, Health, Blue Light and Commercial. This will be a hybrid role with a mix of remote and office-based work.
The Estimator will be required to fulfil the estimating duties on projects in tender and negotiation. Our tender pipeline is healthy and with our projects in negotiation now being predominantly estimator-led, additional resource is required. To lead the financial elements of 2 stages and negotiated tenders from the initial cost plan through to the financial close.
Provide regular cost updates to the client’s surveying team and finalize negotiations prior to entering into a contract.
Experience in controlling costs, timing and quality in line with targets
