What we’re looking for:

If so, this is the perfect role for youWe currently have a great opportunity for three Major Works Project Managers to join us on a permanent basis.

A bit about the role:
As a Major Works Project Manager, you will manage the delivery of planned investment programmes and provide leadership of contractors and consultants. To effectively manage partnered and JCT contractors and consultants, procuring additional works contracts and staff resources where necessary. Proactively manage budgets exceeding £5m per annum .

Some of the key results for the role include:

  • Effectively and proactively leading, managingand motivatingproject teams, ensuring that there is a culture of high performance, strong engagement and a commitment to continual improvement.
  • Establishingand implementing effective working arrangements & practices to ensure a consistent level of service delivery in line with the Peabody business plan.
  • Supporting the Programme Manager and the consultants to prepare, monitor and deliver budgets for specific projects in line with the delivery plan and ensure value for money from all areas of delivery
  • Keepingabreast of the internal and external environment to ensure compliance and best practice are adhered to.
  • Ensuringthe provision of excellent customer service and experience to all stakeholders in order to maximise customer satisfaction.

This role will require a UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

A minimum of 1 to 2days working in the Westminster Bridge Roadoffice is required.
