As a Multi Trades Plasterer at Hyde, you will be a key member of our maintenance team, responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to plastering, tiling and general maintenance. This role requires a versatile professional who can address a range of property needs efficiently. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall well-being of our customers by ensuring the quality and functionality of our housing units.
Key Responsibilities:
Applying plaster to walls and ceilings and conducting repairs as needed.
Addressing general maintenance issues, including painting, tiling, and other tasks as required.
Collaborating with other maintenance professionals to complete comprehensive property projects.
Reading and interpreting blueprints, project specifications, and work orders.
Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Providing excellent customer service to customers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in multiple trades, including plastering, tiling and general maintenance.
Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
Knowledge of trade-specific techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour.
Valid driver's license.
