Due to the successful growth of this independent SRA authorised legal business, a new, senior level role for a business leader has become available. Reporting to the Claims & Legal Services Director, the successful candidate will work closely with the firm's partners to oversee the strategic, operational and day to day development of the business.

Along with an outstanding benefits package, the salary sits at circa 150,000 with a 30% bonus. /ppTo be considered for this role, you will have a background working in legal or insurance services as a Managing Director, Head of Operations, COO or Financial Director and must have experience in leading independently and taking responsibility for decisions made to improve the team and business offering./ppWhilst this firm has a central Leeds office, this role requires the successful candidate to be based out of the Manchester office 3 days per week. /ppstrongThe successful candidate will focus on:/strong/ppstrongStrategic Leadership/strong/pul liWork with the Claims Legal Services Director in the development of the firm's strategic vision and long-term goals/liliTake ownership of, implement and drive forward initiatives that support the firms strategic vision/liliProvide leadership and guidance to the Partners and management team in alignment with the firm's values and objectives/li/ul pstrongOperational Excellence/strong/pul liOversee day-to-day operations to ensure the highest levels of client-centric service delivery/liliImplement best practices to enhance operational processes and work flows/liliContinually push for efficiency improved effectiveness/li/ul pstrongFinancial Management/strong/pul liWork closely with the finance team, manage the firm's financial performance and budget/liliIdentify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimisation/li/ul pstrongClient and Stakeholder Relations/strong/pul liFoster strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders/liliBuild unparalleled linkup between the firm and the insurer/liliEnhance the firm's reputation and brand within the insurance and legal community/li/ul pstrongTeam Development/strong/pul liLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Partners and senior leaders/liliPromote a collaborative and inclusive work environment/liliFoster a culture of excellence and customer-centric service/li/ul p strongIf you meet the above criteria, please apply directly via the link or contact Rachael Atherton at G2 Legal./strong/p Seniority level
