The role of this PR Manager – Corporate communication is responsible for developing and implementing company corporate PR strategy within both their external and internal communication policy. The role will report into the Senior PR & Communication Manager.
The roles and responsibilities of PR Manager – Corporate communication:
Collaborate with the Senior PR Manager to craft messaging for external communications and ensure the successful delivery of corporate business announcements.
Partner with the communications team to plan and execute key business milestones, including Company Results.
Assist in managing the Group’s Communications Calendar and proactively identify new opportunities for the executive team.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to maintain a smooth flow of information (including financial results) throughout the organisation.
Coordinate with the People team to align internal and external communication strategies.
Develop long-term communication strategies in partnership with external corporate PR advisors.
Develop & Possess a well-established network of journalists and industry peers.
To be successful in this PR Manager – Corporate communication:
Ideally having min 5 years + in PR or communications role at an officer, executive or manager level.
You must have relevant agency or retail experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting the communication of financial results is advantageous
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
A business-oriented mindset with a solid understanding of UK M&A, Financial results (the business is listed on the stock exchange)
