The Widening Participation (WP) Team at the University of Cambridge is looking to appoint an Evaluation Manager to provide expert input and support delivery against the University's Access and Participation Plan (APP).
The Access and Participation Evaluation Manager will oversee monitoring and evaluation strategies for centrally delivered WP programmes, providing advice and guidance to delivery teams, as well as supporting colleagues across the collegiate University to develop evaluation frameworks. They will support the University's evaluation Community of Practice and represent the University in external conferences.
Student Admissions and Access and the WP Team have agile working practices, which means there is flexibility in where and how colleagues work. This generally means a mix of remote and office working.
