Within Deloitte Real Assets Advisory is our well-established and growing Occupiers and Capital Projects team. We are the go-to strategic advisor to a global network of corporate and public sector clients, utilising the latest technology and insights to help them deliver both their occupier footprint strategy and capital projects in a more operationally-efficient and sustainable manner.
Our team comprises a diverse variety of property and infrastructure professionals, including corporate real estate and facilities management experts, chartered surveyors, cost consultants, project managers, engineers, accountants and business consultants with specific expertise in public sector estates.

Within Deloitte Real Assets Advisory is our well-established and growing Occupiers and Capital Projects team. We are the go-to strategic advisor to a global network of corporate and public sector clients. We utilise the latest technology and industry insights to help clients optimise their real estate and infrastructure strategy, investments and operations, and achieve sustainability goals.
As one of the largest and most respected integrated real asset advisory teams in the UK, the team includes chartered surveyors, cost consultants, project managers, engineers, technology specialists and accountants.
Some of our projects require the highest level of security clearance. All applicants must therefore be willing and eligible to apply and obtain UK security clearance to Security Check (SC) and/or Developed Vetting (DV) level, if not an existing clearance holder.
Excellent interpersonal skills with experience of building and owning senior client relationships and conducting both project leadership and business development conversations;
Strong analytical skills and significant demonstrable experience of using qualitative and quantitative insight to design solutions to challenges as well as the ability to translate proposed solutions into implementation plans;
Project management experience, with the ability to understand key risks to successful delivery and potential paths to resolve/mitigate;
Excellent people management skills and experience in building, developing and leading diverse, effective teams, fostering an environment of learning, inclusion and support;
Ability to travel as required.
Professional qualification in a relevant area (eg ACA, CIMA, MICE, MRICS) welcomed but not a pre-requisite. Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement experience will be of particular relevance.
