Title : Senior Procurement Manager Location : London / Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
Salary & Package: £60,000 - £65,000 + 25 days holiday (increasing to 30) + an additional strong benefits package
Sea Global are proud to be partnering with one of the UK’s top public sector procurement organisations. They work closely with public sector bodies across the UK and deliver value and cost savings across the country through smart and efficient procurement practices.
With continued expansion and an increasing demand for their services, the team is now looking to add another senior procurement professional to join their collaborative and forward-thinking function.
You will support the Head of Procurement in delivering compliant procurement activities across multiple projects, frameworks, mini-competitions, call offs, and more. This includes helping to plan, manage, and administer new frameworks, long-term contracts, and the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).
Maintain a forward plan and detailed programme for all procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery.
Manage the procurement of new frameworks, long-term contracts, and DPS solutions.
Ensure accurate records of all procurement activities to demonstrate compliance with PA 2023
Experience with end-to-end procurement activities in a public sector organisation
Knowledge relating to DPS, e-procurement platforms and frameworks
Comfortable working within public sector regulations (PCR 2015 and Procurement Act 2023)
