As a Functional Safety Engineer , you will join our team in Dorchester, Dorset to support our activities within the UK Defencesector.
Safety Analysis - Proven experience with FMEA, FTA and HAZOP's
Definition of Safety Requirements and ensuring they are integrated into the entire engineering process
Design Evaluation, Testing & Validation
An individual who is able to jump straight into a Functional Safety role where working with a team is something you will thrive on
Someone with a software background would be favourable and may also be reviewed for additional roles within Alten UK.
Passionate about engineering
5+ Years of Experience within Functional Safety Engineering
~ Due to the nature of the project and this project being within the UK Defence Sector, this comes with the mandatory requirement of yourself having SC level security clearance within the UK. Must have a Masters or Bachelors degree within a relevant field of engineering
