Electrical Project Manager
Storm Associates are currently on the hunt for a Electrical Project Manager based in the Leeds area. This will be working for a well established Building Services Business who are looking to expand their projects team. The right candidate will oversee multiple electrical installation projects spanning commercial, health, education, and industrial sectors. While most projects are situated within the local region of our head office in West Yorkshire, occasional travel may be required.
Manage projects from post-estimate phase through to completion.
* Demonstrate commercial awareness, managing variations, applications, and cost control.
* Engage with clients, attending and/or chairing project meetings.
* Ensure high-quality electrical services installation across multiple projects.
Background in building services project management with a strong electrical engineering skill set.
* While formal qualifications are not mandatory, an HNC/HND or similar building services-related qualification is advantageous.
* Experience managing multiple projects, ideally with individual values of £100k to £1 million and above.
* Holiday allowance of 35 days, inclusive of bank holidays.
* Company car or car allowance provided.
