We are looking for a passionate and driven Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead our wonderful team at Monarch House delivering excellent standards and memorable experiences for our guests.
What you'll do:
Support and inspire your team in delivering and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards.
Ensure that the Housekeeping department delivers prompt, efficient and courteous service to our guests.
Build a guest focused culture where every member of the team should feel they can make a contribution to guest satisfaction.
Actively support your colleagues in order for the hotel to reach the standards which we are committed to as a team.
Brief each Room Attendant daily on his/her task taking special care to instruct on the special requirements.
Liaise with all departments on the special requirements of the guests.
Who you are:
Previous experience Supervising Housekeeping teams
Excellent communicator and people manager
High levels of attention to detail and resilience
Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution
