Hours: Monday to Friday (45 hours per week) 8AM-5:30PM
We are advertising this Electrician role on behalf of our client ‘City Facilities Management’. This electrical role is responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of electrical plant and equipment, undertaking both planned and reactive maintenance within a number of retail sites across East Anglia.
To maintain and repair a range of electrical, mechanical plant and equipment within retail outlets for a key national customer in a cost effective and efficient way.
To comply with company health and safety policies and procedures.
To undertake a variety of legal compliance electrical testing including emergency lighting, fire alarm and in-house servicing of equipment.
To undertake a variety of electrical repairs arising from periodic inspection and testing.
Work will include multi-skill elements including basic plumbing, joinery and building repairs as well as core electrical tasks.
You must be a fully qualified electrician with City & Guilds 236 Parts 1 and 2 or City & Guilds 2330 Levels 2 and 3.
Must have NVQ Level 3 and AM2.
Knowledge of basic DIY and relevant IT skills with basic use of email and Microsoft office.
You must have a clean/ valid UK driving licence.
Ability to be part of an on call rota of 1 in every 4weeks.
