My client, based in Shenstone, is currently looking for a Key Account Manager to join their vibrant and growing business. This role would suit someone who has worked as a Senior Sales Coordinator or a Key Account Manager/Coordinator previously.

~ Fully Office based.

~ Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
~23-days + 8 bank holidays including 3 for Christmas shutdown
Assisting in the management of Key Accounts
Overseeing a range of projects with different companies
Building relationships and liaising with customers
Liaising with engineers to establish work schedules, including subcontractors
Delivering a high level of customer service
Offering technical support when necessary
Commissioning vehicles as required
Computer literate, including a proficiency with email and MS Office
Professional telephone manner
Excellent organisation and time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work co-operatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies
