Acquinex is a specialist Managing General Agency focussed on providing bespoke mergers and acquisition (M&A) related insurance products on small to mid-market deals across Europe. The role represents a great opportunity to work with and learn from experienced and respected legal and insurance professionals in a relaxed, non-hierarchical environment.

The position is permanent and full time and will be based out of either our London or Bristol office. It is ideally suited to an experienced administrator or PA or a graduate looking to obtain relevant experience for a future career in law, insurance or M&A.

a proven desire to work within M&A
previous work experience in an office-based environment (such as a law firm, insurer, broker or other relevant organisation) is preferred
an ability and willingness to work independently and as part of a team across business areas, both in the office and as part of remote teams
proficient in Microsoft Excel.
