Role Description

  • This role is for a Self-Employed Roofer or Self-Employed Roofing Teams at Doncaster Maintenance. The Roofer will be responsible for tasks such as roof cleaning and maintenance, leak detection and repairs, installation of waterproofing systems, repairs to cladding, slating, tiling, fascias, and guttering. Experience in fiberglass, lead, and felting is advantageous.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proficiency with hand tools and practical skills
  • Full driving license
  • Willingness to work and stay away from home
  • Strong teamworking skills
  • Excellent communication with management and clients on-site
  • Problem-solving abilities and quick thinking
  • Proven experience in finishing jobs on time and to a high standard

Preferred qualifications:

  • IPAF 1B, 3A, 3B
  • PASMA
  • Rooftop Safety
  • Working at Height Certificate
  • IOSH Working Safely (preferred)
  • CSCS card
  • CITB Site Safety
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • First Aid

Pay and Benefits:

We offer rates starting at £150 per day and are open to negotiating based on experience.
