The Work The team advises a wide-ranging client base and handles a broad mix of commercial and property-related disputes. General Commercial Litigation
Breach of contract
Unfair prejudice claims
Fraud and asset recovery
Tax disputes
Regulatory investigations
Property & Real Estate Litigation
Commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals
Housing development disputes
Trespass and nuisance claims
You will gain exposure to a varied caseload and benefit from early responsibility, direct client contact, and involvement in high-quality work typically associated with larger City practices.
