To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator - Futures Division to come join the team at Lodge Lane ( WS11 0LT ).
As our Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
? Responding to customer enquiries, pricing requests, delivery information and samples by telephone and email.
? Checking of addresses, pricing, discount, product and haulage availability
? Working with the Sales & Operational Planning team to review and manage customer orders and schedules
? Ensuring regular and accurate updates are made within the CRM system
In order to be successful as our Customer Service Coordinator, you will ideally be/have:
? Excellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard skills.
? PC Literate and numerate, proficient in Microsoft applications, including Office and Excel.
? Business to business customer service
? Experience with CRM Oracle based system
Previous experience working in customer service within a manufacturing environment and/or exposure to the building industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
