Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled NetApp Consultant to join our dynamic team in Cheshire. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with NetApp technologies, including storage management, Data ONTAP, and cloud solutions. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients optimise their IT environments, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consulting & Implementation: Assess client needs and design NetApp storage solutions tailored to their business requirements. Implement and configure NetApp systems to meet client objectives.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for NetApp environments, resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Assist clients with upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes. Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of NetApp solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate NetApp solutions with other IT systems. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in NetApp technologies and industry trends. Recommend new solutions and best practices to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a NetApp Consultant or similar role.
  • NetApp Operations Manager (OM)
  • Strong understanding of NetApp products, including ONTAP,
  • Experience with cloud storage solutions and hybrid cloud architectures.
  • Proficiency in storage area networks (SAN) and network-attached storage (NAS).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., NetApp Certified Data Administrator) are a plus.
