Meraki Talent’s leading FMCG client is actively looking for an FMCG IT Business Partner (Route to Customer) to act as a key conduit within their business. A hugely unique and customer focused role, this individual will act as a key conduit between the commercial business and technology, whilst always keeping the consumer in mind. This person will need to hold a broad technical background, ideally have experience of working within both a Project and BAU environment, and have a hugely commercial mindset. This individual needs to understand how technology can be utilised to allow an FMCG business better access their customers/clients, what technology needs to be in place to assist sales teams, how to best utilise CRMs to allow for this and more.

It's absolutely critical that this candidate understands the route to the customer, and the part that technology plays to support an FMCG supply chain, their distribution channels, marketing and sales initiatives, and access to the customer base. The FMCG IT Business Partner will leverage IT resources to support to Commercial operations, understand their technology needs and drive technology adoption within the Commercial function.

This is a Team Leader role, and you will also be leading a small team of 3 talented FTE, guiding the team to success.

Background of the FMCG IT Business Partner:

- Solid understanding of commercial processes essential
- Experience and understanding of the Route to Customer is essential and needs to be evidenced upon CV
- Broad understanding of IT systems and controls
- Experience leading others, or acting as senior with the ability to ‘move up’
- Strong communication skills essential
- FMCG background highly beneficial
- Ability to work in Lanarkshire office 3 days per week, each week, essential
