SAP Data Lead is sought by Consultancy Solutions who are an engaged Search organisation focussing on attracting SAP Talent for firms in the Professional Services industry and select FTSE ranked industry clients.

We’re hiring for SAP Data Lead Architects our clients are expanding their team to support major SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes and are looking for a data-focused architect who can influence senior stakeholders and shape complex data strategies.

In this role, you'll:
• Lead data architecture, data migration, and data quality approaches
• Work closely with EAs, CDOs, CIOs, and transformation leaders
• Guide project teams and contribute to solution design
• Support pre-sales and help identify new opportunities

We’re looking for:
• Strong SAP ECC & S/4HANA experience
• Deep expertise in master data, data governance, and data tooling
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Consulting or client-facing experience

What Makes You a Great Fit
Deep expertise in SAP data domains, with the ability to act as a thought leader and advocate for data excellence.
Strong experience engaging and influencing Enterprise Architects, CDOs, CIOs, and other senior stakeholders.
Extensive hands-on knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, with the ability to articulate the value of master data, data quality, migration, and governance.
Familiarity with SAP and non-SAP data technologies, as well as an understanding of SAP best practices and the evolving SAP roadmap.
Background in a consulting environment is advantageous, though excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills are essential.
Experience in pre-sales or solution-shaping activities

The SAP Data Lead must be ready and willing to work on a hybrid model with travel required up to approximately 50% of the time (depending on project demands and candidates must hold full working rights of either British Citizenship, ILR, or Settled Status. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
