Commerical Analyst

Eden Scott is supporting a client seeking a Commercial Analyst on a full-time, permanent basis to join their team based in the North of Aberdeen. The successful candidate will oversee financial aspects of contracts, ensuring accurate reporting, cost control, and compliance with commercial terms.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Prepare contract financial cost reports, analyzing and reporting variances between achieved and budgeted figures.
  
• Manage and control variations by identifying, quantifying, submitting, and agreeing on changes, ensuring project controls are implemented.
  
• Assist in preparing financial elements for client reports.
  
• Collaborate with operations to update internal and client forecasts accurately and promptly.
  
• Minimize work in progress levels.
  
• Liaise with operations and clients to provide necessary information according to their requirements.
  
• Maintain system data, including CS order creation and contract charge-out rates.
  
• Assist in preparing monthly sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
