Business Analyst – IT Business Analyst, Business Analyst, BA, Gap Analysis, Process Improvement, Amazon Connect, Telephony - Hybrid - Midlands - Contract - £400-£435 per day outside IR35

Our end user client, are looking to implement Amazon Connect into a large contact centre. This will be a multi-channel implementation and they are actively looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with telephony implementation experience.

This 7 month contract will require 2-3 days a month in on site in the Midlands.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experienced working on telephony implementations (ideally Amazon Connect)
  • Strong understanding of business processes and systems, with the ability to analyse complex data and information
  • Demonstrable Business Analysis within projects and programme change initiatives
  • Strengths in communication, decision making, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to build relationships with project teams, to help drive successful deliveries

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
  • Work on implementation of Amazon Connect
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, resolving issues, and answering questions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, business rules and workflows
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including requirements, functional specifications, user manuals, and test plans.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, and adoption of new systems and processes.

Location : Midlands/ Hybrid

Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
