We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Luxury Jewellery and Watch Sales Associate to join our team at Baker Brothers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury goods, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record in sales.
Preferred luxury retail experience is beneficial but not essential.
Assist customers in selecting the perfect jewellery pieces and watches to suit their style and preferences.
Educate customers on the features, materials, and craftsmanship of our luxury jewellery and watch collections.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Maintain the cleanliness and visual presentation of the store to uphold our brand standards.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or watch industry.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the business.
A professional and polished appearance, reflecting the prestige of our brand.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent based in Bedford
Schedule: Monday – Saturday on a 5-day week Must be able to work Saturdays
Location: Bedford, UK (Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work)
