Autism Support Worker

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with autism? We are thrilled to be working with a thriving, multi-award winning, specialist independent school in the heart of Mid-Sussex for those with a diagnosis of autism aged 11 - 19. This school are looking to appoint an autism support worker who can support students' educational journey, helping them to develop their independence and confidence.

Position: Autism Support Worker

Hours: Full time

50 per hour

Support students in their learning activities and encourage participation.
Help to create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Foster positive relationships with students, understanding their individual needs and strengths.
Experience working with young people with autism is highly desirable.

07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
