A reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects within a supportive work environment that promotes professional development. The company specialises in delivering construction projects across various sectors, including commercial, residential, and heritage works. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
  • Conduct Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and implement cost control measures.
  • Evaluate completed work and arrange payments to contractors and suppliers.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Provide advice on contractual matters and resolve any disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
  • Strong contracting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Proficient in cost management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What’s On Offer:
  • Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £65,000, depending on experience.
