Whatwill you do? 

  • In this role you will advise on abroad residential property caseload
  • Sales & Purchases offreehold and leasehold properties
  • Handle re-mortgages &transfers of equity 
  • Utilise the services offered by the inhouse on-boarding, post completion and business support teams 

What do you need? 

  • To be aqualified solicitor, legal executive or Licensed Conveyancer 
  • Ideally you should have at least 3 years’ residentialproperty experience 
  • Local conveyancing solicitors, legalexecutives and Licensed Conveyancers already in Plymouth areencouraged to apply
  • Candidate with links to local estateagents are certainly encouraged to apply 
  • Any experience withAgricultural or Investment Property matters would be a bonus, but notessential
