Youth Service Manager

We have been retained by our client, a charity and registered provider of social housing, to recruit a Youth Service Manager for a fixed term contract, initially for 10 months. The role is hybrid with 2/3 days a week in the office. You will be responsible for leading the operational services in Warwickshire promoting the organisations principals, ethos and priorities. You will be directly responsible for Team Managers, ensuring the effective running of supported accommodation schemes and a floating support service in Warwickshire. Responsible for managing and delivering a range of quality support and housing services to young people aged 16 - 25. Build and maintain relationships with the commissioners of the services and be accountable for meeting and reporting on contractual commitments and KPI's. Monitoring, evaluating and continuously improving services with a focus on excellence in key performance areas, equality and diversity, value for money and efficiency. To ensure that both the support and housing services you lead are safe, effective and responsive to young people's needs. Leading on health & safety and compliance, ensuring KPI's are met and policies and procedures adhered to. Actively identify opportunities to generate income and support the building of partnerships with key stakeholders whilst supporting business development projects to expand and improve support and housing services. Candidates should be qualified to NVQ 4 in Care, or HND/HNC in similar subject. Qualification in Housing Management a distinct advantage. Experience working in Supported Housing, Children's or Care homes, housing association or local authority or other provider of housing/support. Knowledge/experience of OFSTED essential. TPBN1_UKTJ
