Technical Services Analyst

Location: Home Based / Luton - on site 2 days a week in Luton

We are looking to recruit a Technical Services Analyst for Civica's Infrastructure Team based on site with Luton Council. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Infrastructure professional seeking a role with a mix of project and BAU support work on the latest infrastructure technologies.

Essential Competencies:

  • Demonstrable experience working in IT service delivery

  • Ability to manage a high volume of tasks
  • Understanding of ITIL
  • Understanding of IT Security

  • Microsoft Application Support and Admin

  • Remote working Support and Admin

  • Microsoft System Centre / EndPoint Manager

o Operations Manager, Configuration Manager, Intune

  • Multi-Factor Authentication:

o Safenet / Microsoft Authenticator

  • Backup Technologies (Cohesity)
  • Monitoring Tool (Nagios / PRTG)
  • VMware
  • Group Policy
  • HP Infrastructure
  • SQL Server
  • Web Filtering and Proxies (Censornet)
