Perhaps you’re currently a Warehouse Shift Manager looking for a change? Here at GXO, we are currently on the search for a Warehouse Shift Manager to join our team in Harlow . You’ll be responsible for the efficient running of the warehouse operations, placing the highest regard on colleague wellbeing, health and safety whilst, meeting the operational KPI’s.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday and we have x 2 shift available, 6am-2:30pm or 1:30pm to 10pm. (We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £37,500 per annum,and 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays). Maintain a fully stocked inventory, ensure all shifts are suitably covered and track any daily absences within your team.
Identify cost-saving initiatives and implement corrective actions where appropriate to maximise the efficiency of the warehouse operation
Demonstrate and promote a customer-focused approach to all warehouse activity.
Responsible for monitoring and reporting on target expectations and achievements through standard reporting processes
Experience leading a team of warehouse colleagues within a large, fast paced warehouse environment
Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office
