£30-32k basic salary plus bonus Hybrid/ flexible working An incredible opportunity to join a dynamic business within the mystery shopping world We are recruiting for an exciting, new role with our fantastic client. We are looking for a creative, organised Senior Marketing Executive to join a fast moving environment with exciting future plans Our client Our client's company is comprised of an innovative, driven and fun team. They are industry leaders in the mystery shopping world and pride themselves on delivering exceptional insights to clients. Our client works closely alongside fantastic companies across the UK and Europe within Leisure, Hospitality, Retail and more. Have you considered what happens behind the scenes of mystery shopping? Our client loves to recognise superstars in business that offer exceptional service. It's our clients job to measure each businesses processes, whether it be sales targets or customer service. Our client measures if that's being done in the best way possible. The role We are looking for a creative Senior Marketing Executive to take the brand and communications strategy to the next level. A Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for how the brand lives and breathes. Integrating with every department in the business, you will be charged with bringing the fantastic things we do to life through our communications, marketing and social plan. Your role will have a large focus on social media, executing and delivering across our social media channels and possibly implementing some more This will include regular posting, adjusting the social channels based on analytics, content creation and growing engagement. You will also be responsible for email marketing and the website to ensure that these are updated and executed effectively. A Marketing Executive will also be at the heart of organising events for both clients and shoppers. You will need an awesome eye for detail, a passion for ensuring clients are delighted and an appetite for working in a rapidly growing business that keeps hold of its 'why' and the reasons it all began. What are we looking for?- A flexible “can do” attitude with the ability to work as a member of a small but growing team.
- A wealth of experience using all social channels, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin TikTok, Snapchat, Youtube etc.
- Amazing passion to get client side and be a ‘wing man’ to the awesome Client Success Team.
- Experience in SEO, PPC and Google Analytics
- Good administrative skills including MS Excel, Teams and Word
