Corporate & Commercial Associate Solicitor 2-4 years PQE (Permanent)

Renowned law firm with a large presence in Central London are currently, due to ambitious growth looking for a Corporate & Commercial Associate Solicitor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have between 2-4 years PQE with technical expertise in Corporate and Commercial matters and have a genuine passion for this area. They advise individuals and corporates across a range of specialisms including M&A matters, Joint Ventures, Restructures, Data Privacy, IP and company formation and start-ups. The candidate is required to -
- Be technically strong
- Have commercial awareness and gets enjoyment in working on transactions and getting the deal done
- Must have excellent drafting and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and team skills
- Willingness to take initiative and to participate in marketing activity
- Have attention to detail
- Be an England and Wales qualified solicitor of 2-4 years PQE with excellent academics (ideally 2:1 or equivalent)
- Training gained within a reputable law firm
- Be confident to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills
- Have the ability to develop effective working relations at all levels
- Be confident in both verbal and written communication with a diverse range of clients
- Have a flexible approach and willing to go the extra mile
