As Sports Tours Operations Executive you will oversee and manage the entire tour process, from providing the initial client quote to welcoming the client back from their tour.

Previous experience in a similar operations role working for a travel company or tour operator is essential to be considered for this role. It would also be advantageous if you are a sporting enthusiast

The role:

  • Produce bespoke tour itineraries, accurate costings and quotes for our customers
  • Taking full ownership of the tour delivery from a client perspective
  • Working with the tour leader to ensure all details of the group are correct and delivered on time
  • Dealing with any amendments
  • Delivering accurate tour documents prior to departure
  • Administering and collating post tour feedback
  • Providing outstanding customer service

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar operations role within the travel industry (essential)
  • Knowledge and keen interest in sports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and accurate written and spoken English
  • Genuine enthusiasm for dealing with people
  • Full understanding of delivering exceptional customer service
